What is your BP?

Hope you dont mind me asking just wondering because mine is over 140/90 everytime i get it checked and the mw just says "ooh yes its quite high" but does nothing about it.

Just wondered if most peoples were around the same? x

that is high, mines usually 120/70 and i have a high bmi altho theyre usually quite shocked as they expect mine to be higher too, if i was u id ring gp and check with them xx

thats what i thought, thanks. its wierd because my bmi is fine theres no reason for it to be so high. ive booked an appointment to see the gp on friday. x

its a sign of pre eclampsia which can eventually if untreated be life threratening so defo get it ruled oput xx

Not sure exactly but I've been told mine is the low end of "normal" lol. Should pay more attention to this stuff I guess.

Mine is 125/75 so I think 140/90 needs to be looked at by a Dr for reassurance. Saying that do u ever get nervous having BP taken? If so it could be high due to "white coat effect"? The MW should repeat BPs if high when u have relaxed a but more?

mine is always really really low!!... last time it was 50...!!! said its why i keep fainting and having dizzy spells!! xxx
apparently, low blood pressure is not a condition, high blood pressure is though???!!!

Thanks a lot, deffo going to get it sorted. Seeing my GP on Friday hopefully he will take it more seriously!
