What is this pain?

This morning I woke up and had a sharpe pain in my lower stomach on the left side. It was a shape stabbing pain. I am only on my 3rd cycle and never had these weird pains before. I think this week was my fertile week. I had quite bait of cm Tuesday and Wednesday and a slight bit on and off today. I last bd on Tuesday night. Any ideas?

I have not had it before so maybe that is what it is and means by body is getting into come sort of routine. I bd on tues night am I in with a chance? Too early or too late?
