What is so bad about being induced?

I was induced at 39 weeks to prevent anti bodies from my blood getting into Dylans...I had the pessasry ..I found been examined extremely painful..i thought Doc was just inserting the pessary but he was doing an assessment apparently.

I was given pessary at 6pm my waters broke themselves at 10pm then my labour pains came straight through and I delivered at 12.21 ..i found the fact it went so fast hard to comprehend what was going on..I also didn't realise how well I was doing as when I was fully dilated i was thinking i can't cope with this but also asked at the same time if they were proper contractions...

I wouldn't worry about been induced again if i had another one.

I was induced and it was over really quickly, so I had no problems with it all.

I was induced with my little one. Had 2 prostin tablets, which did nothing, then had waters broken and drip. All in all the experience was fine. Pain was intense but managed 12 hours with just gas and air, so couldn't have been that bad! Don't worry if you end up being induced.
