what does this mean.

It means your babys head is 1 / 5ths engaged into your pelvis.
 
It's to do with babies head I assume and engaging into the transition to the birth canal x
 
Yup it means that baby's head is almost fully engaged. Doesn't mean a whole lot though unfortunately - just uncomfortable for you! xx
