what does it mean on the housing locata when

I've bidded on something over a month ago I was number 90 out of 148 but it still says bidding closed property not yet offered. All the others have been let within days of the end if that bid. does it mean people have declined the property and not been allowed it because or rent Arears ect. I'm quite far down the list but was thinking or ringing and asking. Can anyone shead any light on it? thanks x
