what do you call AF/bad week?

i say the painters are in for mine hehe just wonderd as i herd a really weird one from a friend of mine i asked her if she wanted to go swimming and she said i cant 'my sheeps up' yes i was confuzzled for ages while she laughed at me untill i clicked it was her tampon (tmi sorry)
