What do growing/stretching pains feel like?

Hey girlies!
today i have a funny feeling below my tummy button just above my minnie moo (lol) its not painfull almost like tingley!
no blood. cramps ect.... It seems wierd as it would be around now that my af is due! could that have something to do with it?

I thought that it's the af-type aches that are stretching/growing pains. I get them almost every day, although very weak and not all the time.
