Today.

9oz milk
Redybreak
Peanut butter roll, fruit pot, banana
Gerber apple and cinneman puffs
Chicken and red pepper pasta, yoghurt, breadsticks, grated apple

Bedtime bottle later

Today we've had;
Porridge with jam for breakfast
Clementines and banana for snack
Home made tomato soup, yogurt and a couple of Cadbury buttons for lunch
Cheese cubes and cucumber for snack
Chicken stew with mash, grapes, clementine and yogurt for dinner x
 
Today Jack's had:

Breakfast: Peach & banana porridge + water.
Lunch: Chicken, lentil & herb stew (blended), stewed apple & pear + water
Dinner: Potato, Carrot & broccoli (blended), a petit filous + water.

He's had roughly 13oz of milk with one beaker left to go x
 
Yesterday Jack had:

Breakfast: Weetabix (1st try and he enjoyed it!) + water.
Lunch: Mild fish curry (blended) and stewed pear & mango + water.
Dinner: Sweet potato & bean bake and a petit filous + water.

He also had roughly 18oz milk x

Pasta broth with parmesan cheese, apple, yoghurt
Grapes banana
Lasagne, yoghurt,

No bedtime bottle
 
Today Jack's had:

Breakfast: Strawberry & banan porridge + water.
Lunch: Cheesy cod, mash & broccoli (blended) and stewed pear & apple + water.
Dinner: Root vegetable mash and a petit filous + water.

He's only had 10oz of milk so far but still has 2 feeds before bedtime :) x
 
Yesterday Alanna had..

Buttered toast + fruit smoothie for breakfast
Chinese beef stirfry for lunch
Banana walnut cake at snack time
Pasta avacado and prawn salad for dinner
and 5oz cows milk
 
Today

No morning bottle

Two weetabix
Pasta and potatoes (typical italian dish kinda like a soup) two yoghurts apple
Banana and biscotti
Cheesy pasta, yoghurt, fruit pot

No bed time bottle he seems to have dropped them!

today Connar has had

9.30 weetabix (he decided to come into bed with me at 6.30am just as I was about to get up, so was stuck wide awake in bed until I woke him up at 9am lol) & a cup of cream soda
12.00 toast with soya margarine, fruit shoot, dairy free cake with almonds (well the icing and almonds anyway!) oh and soya strawberry milkshake
1.00 chicken nugget happy meal with fruit shoot (hangs head in shame) dr is insisting that we try to get him back on dairy so we let him have chicken nuggets which have whey (i think) in the batter
2.30 soya chocolate milkshake
7.30 dinner will be beef and vegetable rissotto (dinner is late tonight as Doodles has fallen asleep in his pram while we've been out. So waiting for hubby to come home before I make it)

oh God that menu is AWFUL lol, in my diffence it is normally better than that, but we've been out all day getting things for him to start school next week (he's only blooming 3 lol he's too little!) tomorow WILL be better and healthier x
 
I thought macdonalds just flourdipped their nuggets? I might be wrong on that though!!

Monday - Cocopops and fruit, Chicken Soup with a roll, Mushroom omelete
Tuesday - Weetabix, Philidelphia sandwich, Red Cabbage Soup
Wednesday - Toast with Jam, Chicken Soup with a roll, Spinich and Calamari Pizza (loooooove this!)
Thursday - Cocopops and fruit, Creme Freche and leek tart with baked beans and peas, Felafel with Potato wedges-Parsnip slices and mushrooms

Plus a few ounces of cows milk before bed :p

you may be right, I'm not sure how they do them, just that a lot of nuggets we've found have whey in them x

another naughty day today due to me beeing poorly, but going shopping tomorow so going to try and only get good things

breakfast - rice krispies with soya milk, banana soya milkshake with mini marshmallows (though he didn't touch the rice krispies and left the marshmallows)
lunch - sausage roll, orange fruit shoot, bowl of ministrone soup (which he's decided he doesn't ike because it's too messy)
dinner - will be the beef risotto I was supposed to be making last night (we ended up having finger party foods last night instead)
 
today: (so far no bottles for last two weeks)

breakfast: yoghurt with grated apple, two mini madeleine cakes
lunch: pasta with tomato and beef
afternoon snack: one mashed banana with 1 squeezed orange
dinner: cheesy pasta with peas,small nibble spinach and riccota pizza, yoghurt, apple,
two beakers of water thoughout the day
 
Doodles has done really well with his eating today!

Breakfast - weetabix with soya milk & 1/2tsp sugar
Snack - limeade, 2 slices of crunchy peanut butter on (soya) buttered seeded toast
Lunch - jacket potato with tuna mayo & limeade
snack - dairy free chocolate muffin & flavoured water
dinner - vegetable & bean spaghetti bolognese & flavoured water

he cleared everything bar a little pasta, he'd normally eat that much in a week so feeling VERY proud of him right now x

Today daddy had him when i was in work but ive been informed

Breakfast was 8oz whole milk, 2 yoghurts, bowl of cheerios
Lunch was toast and a fruit pouch
Snack was a pack of quavers and a mini milkybar
Tea was two carrot n potato waffles, a potato star and a chicken nugget
Supper will be a banana then he will have 8oz whole milk at bedtime
