What cup?

Tegan needs to drink juice as she gets really constipated, she was drinkin it out of a bottle But the hv said she should start drinkin it out of a cup.
she's 20 weeks old, i've tried 2 different Tommee tippee ones without success. any recommendations? x

Me again boots do their own "first cup" and Isla loves it. It's small and has grippy bits looks like this but they can be bought in store. They do a big one and a little one
