Hey ladies......

Right.... LO has finally out grown his baby so I'm basically trying to get some ideas on different types of bath supports for the big bath.
Our bath is quite big and its a corner bath most piccs of bath supports online and in the mags show only normal baths. I'm not sure if it makes any difference what shape the bath is to be honest.
Would a sitting up one or lying down one be best???
I really don't have a clue ladies lol!!!! Any suggestions/ideas would be fab!!!

Thankyou xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

he seems very young to be out of his bath?? madison has the mamas and papas ergo bath from argos its fab cos when they get to toddler u can sit them the wrong way round lol she is big for her age in 2-3 length and width clothes and she still fits perfectly in hers, tbh if i was you i wud invest in a diff baby bath, cos u can use it for future children too! :) madison has the sit up bath support also which is brill but no good for a baby so young and she prefers the freedom of her baby bath!! HTH!! xx

ohhhh do you think chick??? :):)
So maybe the baby bath is just a small one then (LO isn't that big for his age). Hadn't thought about that .
He seems to long for it. His feet hit the end of the bath when hes kicking which means his head then bangs into the top of the baby bath :wall2:.
I'm gonna pop into town on Thurs so will have a look at other baby baths then chick.
Thank-you dear xxxxxxxx

I had a towel one with a metal frame, it was fab. Now I just lay him on a non slip bath mat with a little bit of water, he has a good splash about x

I've got a little curved one covered in towelly material from mother care - quite cheap and does the trick xx

I use a foam bath support just run a shallow bath and let them kick :)

Thankyou ladies :)
I'm gonna have a browse around town and have a look at baby baths and supports for the big baths. And i just know there is gonna be far too much to choose from :doh:lol!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Alex is almost 7 months and we are looking for something but he cannot sit up for long periods of time on his own so dont know what to go for. Alex was also too big for his bath at 4 months and would push himself up in the bath from one side to the other. Mainly he has a bath with one of us but we might get him the aquapod x Leet me know what you find.

madison is long too but she can sit in her bath and also half lean back if that makes sense? its AMAZING it was my FIFTH bath lol i kept putting off buying it cos i seen cheasper alternatives pmsl xx

hey ladies,

Well town was a bloody disaster :shakehead:. Lo was driving me up the wall of the shopping mall and back down again  . Total nightmare!! Gonna have a look on-line and see what i can find. I'm kind of thinking the one you said jodie. But maybe the mammas and papas baby bath... decisions :good: xxxxxxxx

Kellylou we have 2 of the round blue seats for the boys and they are fab. £9.45 from Kiddicare Sorry don don these as no good for you but we did use the seats in the second pic for the boys when they were smaller and thought they were good and they are on sale in Mothercare for £12.50.

Kieron's been out of his baby bath since he was 2 weeks old! We had a mamas n papas bath support which he used up until a few weeks ago,he can roll now and was nearly pushin himself off the support so I just lay him in the bath now and let him kick himself up and down it x

Wow emmamb two weeks .....
I remember reading your posts, wasn't he 10lb when he was born?... bless :). So you don't use any support? You just run a shallow bath and then in he goes. This sounds good to me..xxx:dance: xxxxxxxxx
