Can I be really nosey and ask what all your daily typical diets are at the minute? Do you think it's changed since becoming pregnant?

My daily diet now is alot more relaxed than what I usually eat

my breakfast is a slice of toast and a banana, snack on sweets and fruit till lunch. Lunch will be a white bread roll with ham and more fruit. I will snack on whatever I can find until dinner time (buttered rolls, sweets, a few crisps, slices of cheese or ham) Then I will have a big dinner!

Only thing feeling so ill all the time, I sleep early which means no evening snacks haha!

I'm not eating nearly as much oily fish as I should be. I am trying to buy a lot of green veg for extra folic acid. Eat a lot of baked potatoes, beans on toast, salad sandwiches, yoghurts, tangerines and cereal. Also wanting to eat takeaway all the time but trying to resist that urge.

In the main my diet hasn't changed that much. I think as long as you don't go overboard and eat too much of a bad thing, or a good thing you'll be fine. Hope your sickness goes away soon. xx

Oh that takeaway urge is killer. Because I really cannot stomach cooking I would much rather order in. Why can't takeouts be healthy? Lol xx

I'm snacking and not eating meals really. Dry cereal for breakfast (can't face milk!), then whenever I feel hungry I grab something like a banana, peanut butter on toast, grapes, pineapple strawberries, or anything lemony. I did have a nice salad for lunch today though. Can't seem to face an evening meal most days so probably have more toast or a crumpet or a packet of quavers! I normally eat tones of cheese but haven't been able to eat it for weeks now! Can't wait to want chocolate again!

I cant eat much, mainly bread and butter :-(

I am loving pineapple at the moment, lots and lots of pineapple, and ice cream. I don't really seem to want to eat chocolate, I am eating so much fruit and drinking so much water it's unreal.

I have to say since coming off WW Im not using it as an excuse to eat what I like and Ive been rather lapse :s

2 crumpets every day for breakfast with marmite on and then a banana and a decaf coffee with skimmed milk
lunch is either a toastie usually cheese and ham or tomato and a fruit pot (straws, grapes, pineapple etc) all from work which is handy
Dinner, if OH is in, cooked tea with sausage or chicken, veg, new potatoes or spag bol/meatballs. Depends. Then, fruit or angel delight

Ive been craving more sweet things than normal which is bad and Im also major into mushy peas right now!

I've managed to stay ok as I have a subsidised canteen at work so have a cooked lunch (i.e. roast, pad thai, spag bol, chicken salad, homemade fish and chips, thai green curry) and because we have a 5 year old I feel like we all need to sit down and have a proper tea for him really cos I know if I didn't eat, he'd start playing up. So, I have to cook dinner everynight and if I'm feeling a little nauseous, then I will jsut have a slightly smaller portion but find I can usually get through it ok. I'm not fancying any junk food really and we don't have the huge choice of take aways that you do in the UK (not Maccy D's, KFC, BurgerKing, anything like that) and none of ours deliver so I would have to go out and get it and really can't be arsed. Also helps working two evenings a week so those nights I couldnt' sit and pick anyway. Also, I was eating a strawberry shoelace the other day and a bit of my back tooth chipped off and it really scared me (would haveto have minging teeth) so it's put me off sweets at the moment too!!

Todays diet has been...

High Fibre Muesli for breakfast, roast beef, roast pots, carrots and broccolli for lunch, sausage and tomato bake, roasted new pots, baby corn and sugar snap peas for tea and I've had an apple and a nectarine for snacks. Drinks: water, orange juice, and 1 cup of tea at Lennons french lesson!

i cant eat meat at all at the minute so my eating is very bland i have forgot what a kebab, maccies or ham sandwich taste like! :(

mainly eating dry things like toast and potato mash on the evening very board of my eating.

but am venturing to cereal and oven chips lol and abit of fruit

not too healthy in general but MW has said just eat what you can when you can
xxx

I am eating too much and its a worry. I have been having all bran for breakfast, fruit mid morning and lunch will be soup and a roll, a salad or baguette, then a cupa soup in the afternoon and possibly a chocolate bar then for dinner spag bol, cottage pie and veg, pork chops mash and veg - I know this is all fairly ok they thing that lets me down is the portion sizes they are FAR too big!!!

My diet at the moment is toast with banana or vegimite... Thats all I seem to be able to stomach during the day... but now Sarah has mentioned peanut butter I think I am going to try and add that to the list. :)

Am still eating dinner at night but just a very small portion as I seem to feel worse if I eat too much... My husband seems to be going out to get stuff for dinner every day as I am not sure what I can stomach from one day to the next. One good thing is that I have completely gone off sweet food. My sister bought some lovely Macaroons back from holiday and I just could not eat them.. :-(

Also with Mothers Day this weekend, my Mother-in-law (Who does not know yet) has asked me to make some cupcakes to take for desert... Not sure I could make them with all that sweet smell... But my amazing hubby has said he will help me...

Just keep thinking that there is only a few weeks left and then I hope t feel better and can get onto a proper balanced diet....

I am literally eating anything I can get my hands on!!! Havent gone off anything yet and no cravings as such - I am just hungry all the time! It is mainly healthy things but I cant seem to fill myself up!! He he

My cravings change every few days it's weird. Although I my sweet tooth is rather sweet, I'v been trying to fight the urge and I'm eating about 3 apples a day!

This week I'v been pretty good and been back to cooking & eating healthy meals. Although my breakfasts have been consisting of ham salad sandwiches!

I'll be honest, I have bee indulging in the odd takeaway! Chips have never tasted so good! i am doing well in work though. Loads of fruit, yoghurt an bread. I have a massive meal in the evening and then feel bloated the rest of the night. Should really eat a bit less at that time knowing how it makes me feel!

just found this site with a meal plan for each day. Looks uber healthy and probably unrealistic for most of us but worth a try! Dont know about you guys but I will eat absolutely anything, healthy or not!!
