hi my name is tracy but most people call me trace, my sons name is tyler which was not that popular when he was born but seems to be more popular now and i am calling this baby aaliyah.

Amanda. I hated it when I was younger, but quite like it now. And there aren't many of us around. I never answer to Mandy, though some people get away with Mand.

I called my daughter Kayleigh because it was unusual then, but she went to an Irish Catholic primary school and there were 4 Kayleigh's in her class! She's now in an ordinary high school (not catholic) and is the only Kayleigh there. Most of her friends call her Kay.

I'm Selena, My dad chose my name becuase there was a bright moon after i was born, and apparently it means moon child.
I used to hate it but have got used to it now, most of my mates call me Sel'

I used to get teased at school and get salled Selina Scott.
One of my mates calls me Weeny, she used to be shorter than me but in our teens she suddenly shot up and the name Weeny came about! from around year 9 in secondary school!
