What are these pains?

Since I got up this morning I have had pains around the top of my stomach (about 2 inches below my boobs in the middle). Anyone else get these pains? Is it stretching pains or wind or something else?

Good lord, I have these too. Something fierce!
TBH I think it's acid problems. Not really heartburn, because I 'think' that follows up the tube? It can really be quite painful, and will definitely be asking MW about it when I see her on Wednesday. Will let you know what she says!

Only advise I can give is try to drive as little as possible (bumps in road = bad news!), always have something in your stomach - keep those dry biscuits handy! Also, when it's really bad: Gaviscon is okay to take during pregnancy.
