4 weeks symptoms

Anyone else got/had the following

Very tired
sore boobs
Headaches
Back ache middle and top part of back
Generally achy all over
Pains/tugging in stomach
vivid dreams

is this due to the hormones kicking in?

I've got the backache and stomach pains - really badly, I can't even reach up into the kitchen cupboards anymore.

Nothing else yet. I can't decide if I want them or not!

Hi,

When I was about 6 weeks I got the tiredness, still have it but not as bad. Had the headaches fir a few weeks but they are totally gone now. Still have the sore boobs and getting worse, have the pains in stomach still and have vivid dreams everynight! The dreams are getting more and more vivid so much so that I feel like I havnt had a proper sleep in the morning so feel twice as tired!

Don't worry about any of these symptoms unfortunately this is just the joy of pregnancy!

i'm about 7 weeks and i've had lower back pain, headaches and VERY sore boobs (people will know if they touch them haha). i'm pleased to hear you girls are having almost real life vivid dreams as well...i wake up thinking its actually happened its so strange.
