went to the doctors today

so went to the doctors today after being off the pill for a year. i am being sent for blood tests but need to wait until day 21 of cycle.

i also had to check about some cysts in my breasts and a mole and now have to visit the skin and breast clinic.

not a great day all in all. wish i could just get it all over and done with.

i have however bought some ov sticks to use for the 1st time this month to check i am ovulating and so i know for certain when to get bd.

so far been trying to keep chilled about it and let nature take it's course but a year has taken its toll now.

has anyone else been through something similar.

thank you. im hoping that i will go and they will look at blood test and say well your definately fertile you 're pregnant.

i know this is very doubtful but would be soooo happy.

Hi Nadia
I know how you feel - had pretty much every test going!
It can make you feel like a bit of a medical experiment, but it will feel better when you get the results back, and you know what's what.

Hi Nadia,

I have recently had the day 21 blood test, except my cycles arent 28 days so i had the test done on day 23 (plus day 21 was a sunday and i wasnt waiting another month!!) got my results and they were low but the doc then dismissed then coz i didnt have them done on day 21!! when i got home i googled my results and it was saying that a low level could mean you are pregnant...mind going crazy but have calmed down tho!! bloody google!
