Went to the Docs today.

In 1999 I had an abnormal smear results. I had pre-cancerous cells. I had a colpolscopy and then a loop exscission (sp?). I then fell pregnant with Jordan. After I'd had him I had another smear and it came back that the cells were still there so in 2000 I had a cone biopsy done. This got rid of the cells and my yearly smears have been clear since then. Then at the back end of last year I started to bleed everytime we made love. I was refered to the Hospital who found that the lining of my cervix was bleeding really easily, I can't remember the name they said but it began with an 'e' I think lol. Anyway before Xmas I went in and had it frozen, the same thing as you have done to a verucca. Since then all has been fine. I just wanted to know if all of that would have any bearing on us getting PG this time round. He said that it's very unlikely that it will cause us any probs so I'm glad about that. He said that sometimes after a cone biopsy depending on how much tissue was taken away that whenit heals it can scar and make the hole to your cervix smaller and make it take longer to get caught. So hopefully that won't be the case with me . He just said that as I'm 31 yrs now to give it up to 12 mths but that I'll probably be PG by June!! I feel sooooo much better now that I've spoke to him. Wow I've waffled on a bit there haven't I? Sorry if I've bored you all to death but I just thought I'd share my story.

my sister had the same thing I think....is it an eroding cervix or something, she's now also really worried she'll have problems even though she's not TTC yet.
