went to see new house today.

well i posted before cause ive been talking to two ladys about a three way swap one lady is in newcastle and she has family in my area so she wants to move and shes been trying to find a place for ages and the other is in emsworth and she wants the house in newcastle and we want the house in emsworth which is three bedroom we only have a 2 bed at the moment, well we viewed the house today and its such a nice area and the house is nice too the gardens a bit small and the stairs need carpet but apart from that its lovely shes got real wood flooring in the bedrooms and the kitchen is huge lounge is a good size and the bathroom and the whole house is painted cream which is good as its a blank canvas there is a huge playing field 2 minutes away and a big park and its near a harbour and a big mill pond with swans on it, and my partners dad lives in chichester which is really close,


the lady in newcastle has seen all my pictures and has said she definatley wants my house and we love the house in emsworth so it might all go ahead i hope it will they both seem very keen to move and they are nice ladies so im sure it will, but molly could have her own room soon.
