Not sure if others have done this, but i'd advise against it 100%. I actually haven't heard of it, but I do know a girl who put rusks in baby bottle & put extra scoops of formula in, as she thought it was a hungry baby.

U need to be really carefull with solids as it can cause long term effects on baby if not done right, for example, food allergies, obesity ect.

:)

Nooo don't put anything in their bottles other than milk. They might choke x x

i wouldnt do it! my mum used to put farleys rusk in my bottle as baby but tht was back then... its not advised now

What the others said hon. U can buy Goodnight Milk for bedtime only which effectively has really, really fine cereals added (still liquid tho and not something you could make that fine at home) which is filling at bedtime. x x x

i used the hipp organic goodnight milk and found it really helped us and marley started to go alot longer at night
what i would say though, is that it is very thick and creamy and even tho we used size 3 teets i had to make them bigger with a knife as lo got frustrated as he had to suck so hard!!!!!

I agree with the ladies.

I'd never put anything except prescribed meds in a bottle (by this I mean told to do so by a dr). Putting baby rice/rusk/etc in a bottle could cause baby to choke.

Oh I'd never do it was just a post I saw someone make and then asked my mum about it who said she'd never heard of it... :/ he's fine with his feeding etc so don't even need to and plus he eats weetabix as it is anyway! :)
