Weaning websites

Hi does anyone know anygood websites with a guide to beginning weaning? one that is simple and easy to understand I havent got a clue where to start.

The HV said I can wean Ella in a couple of weeks, she is 15lb 6oz and taking 8oz 5 times a day! But she has started to wake in the night after sleeping through since 4 weeks old, so I want to start weaning her maybe tommorow and dont know where to begin!

Thnaks Layla seems pretty straight forward I will try and follow it. I gave her some baby rice at lunch today and she liked it.
