he has had this for a few weeks we have tried every cream on the shelf and the doc said ut was fungal but the cream hasnt touched it ? help ?

could be drematitis/impetigo hun.. i know alot of ppl think you can only get it on the face and hands but you'd be surprsied where it can go.. ask your docter for some of this cream! its not for those probs but ive found it the only one to clear any bum rash's etc..
AMBIPHILIC DERMATOLOGICAL CREAM.. see if that helps

Hhmm does look a bit like Impetigo I agree SSS. Your GP should be able to prescribe something suitable I would have thought. Have you asked the Health Visitor or clinic?

no its not dry and flaky just very red circles like i nthe pic. what on earth could it be ?

It looks a bit like when I had ringworm but mine was scaley not smooth. I have put a link to the NHS Direct page so you can read up on it and a picture of a child with ringworm. I'm not saying it is that as I can't really see from the picture but it's a possibility.

i'd go back to the GP if the cream hasn't worked
