Warming breastmilk

This sounds really stupid. I have searched a little, but haven't got much time on my hands so I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, but how do you warm breastmilk up? I expressed some yesterday when I had to leave the house for a couple of hours but OH didn't need it. I want to make sure I have it right, but the milk needs to be used today..

I would put the bottle into boiling water for a minute or 2.

I didn't microwave breastmilk because overheating can get rid of nutrients.

Is that straight from the fridge? Or does that cause problems?

Warming in water straight from the fridge? That's fine.

Thanks. I'll give it her tonight after OH has left for Germany. I'll hopefully have the time to sort it then. Busy getting him ready right now..
