I said 8, but it all depends on the way you are thinking, on my first i said all the way through im a wimp i cant go through it, my waters went first and as soon as they did i was crying coz i didnt want to be in pain and i wouldnt be able to do it. I ended up having an epidural at 4cm coz i couldnt cope with the pain
On my second i just thought you can do it gem, you dont want another epi, if you do you want be able to go in the shower afterwards

(had to have a wash from MW) and i didnt want to do that again. So i ended up in the birthing pool for a few hours then had gas and air didnt think it was all that bad, my waters went and he was out in and my arms 2mins later (none of the pushing bother) MW had to CATCH him.
I also think that the bigger the baby the better they come out gravity and all that, was pushing for 2 hours with my daughter and i had to work really hard she was 7lb4. My son flew out on his own (i was standing) no mw telling me to push my body just took over i wasnt telling it to

(which was scary at the time) but he was out 2mins after waters broke and he was 9lb14.
Actully i would say his labour was more of a 6.....opps went on a bit there sorry
So just stay possitive and you will do fine, have no choice anyway really baby will come weather you want it to or not

but you will do FABits all worth it in the end hun
