Vomiting blood

Hospital or observe? 3am this morn I was being sick (major heartburn) and started vomiting blood. Not cup loads but more than if I'd scratched my throat from being sick. Was just once in one sicky episode.
My only other symptoms are: feet and hands like the marshmallow man, dark wee (like really dark), headache and breathlessness every now and again x

I'm 32 weeks 2 days.
Pregnancy no 11, 2 children, 7 mc's (6th was ectopic), stillborn at 24 weeks

I would ring MW or out of hours GP to be on the safe side!

Just reread your post, sudden swelling and headaches can be a symptom of preeclampsia, so definitely worth getting checked out!!

I went and saw doc BP was high n had +1 protein in urine but no white blood cells. Sent upto delivery suite with ?pre eclampsia. They did trace and baby is happy as happy can be. After about an hour my BP returned to normal n I was discharged home. They gave me rantadine (for heart burn) as they think the acid in my stomach caused the blood in my vomit. Got a scan tomorrow (was already booked anyway) with fetal med so they will check my obs again then x

Have they checked your iron MM? You could be low in iron (hence the breathlessness) especially if you have had a slow bleed in your stomach. I have suffered with an ulcer before, and inflamed stomach and those tablets you have now should clear things up pretty quickly. Flipping heartburn is horrible isnt it! Hope you feel better soon xx
