Hey, im fairly sure that due to a busy life style and working nights my diet is not particualry great. i try to eat 3 meals a day but if ive had a busy night a work i tend to sleep longer and dont eat what i should be. im thinking of taking some vitamin supplements just to help me out a bit. anyone recommend which i should take when TTC ? x
