-Vitamin C

Alrighty then. Come on, baby lemur! :)

I hope they do the trick for you hun this time.hope youre doing ok? xx

Hi ladies
I've started using the pregnacare pre conception vitamins just wondered if anyone had had any positive experience through taking these? :) xx

Also changed to conceive plus. Don't find it a problem, tube has lasted a while.
Also changed to the Pregnacare vitamins as they seemed to have more in them than the Seven Seas ones. Tablets are bigger but I can get them down and I'm really not great at swallowing tablets! I also take evening primrose oil form CD1 until ovulation.

Thinking about adding in vitamin C if March is not my month. I like to feel like I've done something proactive to help each time it doesn't happen. I may start running out of ideas haha.

Hi, been reading with interest! I've been taking the seven seas pre-conception tablets as I came across lots of people suggesting this had helped their cycles to regulate as well as actually conceive, any experience of this? I've been waiting 2 months for my periods to come back after coming off the pill, really hoping it won't be mich longer lol!

What does everyone eat to help TTC? The week before ovulation I eat various foods to help the EWCM and last month it worked amazingly - 6 days of it! I have vit C rich stuff like cauliflower, red cabbage, kidneys, garlic, as well as iron, red meat, seaweed to regulate hormones.

Good tip sunflower, I might stock up as I like red cabbage and cauliflower. I love garlic too. Where do you get the seaweed from? Can you get this in normal supermarkets or do you have to go to a Chinese supermarket?

It's Nori, dried seaweed. My husband gets it from a healthfood store in little packets. I have it as a snack.

Thanks sunflower. Will check our local health food shop out.

I'm doing alright. I just keep telling myself "at least I know it can happen" and that's what's keeping me going :D

Honestly, after the second month, I just started eating whatever I felt like. In moderation and I would control myself, but cycle 4 trying (this last time) I actually had implantation. It didn't work out, but now I don't stress out about making sure I eat certain things. Now, can't say that is the same for everyone, but for me, eating what I wanted and not stressing seemed to help me a bit. Now I just kinda take a lot of vitamins plus eating healthy things and splurging when I feel like it ;)

Sorry, if that's not much help to you lol Good luck! :dust:
