... Anyone been/ going to the vitality show in london this weekend? I'm off there on Sunday but just noticed Avon aren't there this year and was looking forward to all the great freebies! Anyone been and know if there any stalls that give out as many freeebies as Avon did?!

I went 2 years ago and enjoyed it - Pete Cohen the life coach (GMTV weigh tloss coach) is there on all the days, he does a great presentation about slimming I'm in London myself tmrw but being dragged round a Dr Who exhibition instead
