Just read this on the Bounty website under 'week 16'....
"Try to limit your use of saunas and tanning beds as it has been reported that an increase in the mother’s temperature can have an affect on developing babies."
I dont see them saying try to limit your alcohol intake, or cigarette smoking, or bunjee jumping enjoyment... if it was a no no, they would be only too quick to say it. They arent advising to stop, they are advising to limit your use, and even then they are only advising it at 16 weeks, and only because of the overheating aspect
