Video upload help please!

i have a video of benjamin i want to upload. it's of him telling the gingerbread man story - it's so sweet!

problem is it's 3 mins long. and it's sideways!!!

does anyone know of anywhere i can upload it for free (it's 52,334kb - 52mb?) and anywhere that i can turn it the right way round? (if that's even possible?)

photobucket will upload it but won't turn it

U need editing software for that bit - maybe google that and turn it before u upload
