Hi ladies, this may sound a really silly question but here goes. I'm addicted to using vibro plates, I have one at home which I use 15 - 20 minutes each day on the highest setting! It really does make your body shake and wobble quite vigorously and I am now wondering if I should be using it around and after ovulation?? Do u think it could prevent an egg from implanting or am I just being daft?? X

that's a good question, i love them but havn't used one for over a year now,
I couldnt answer you honestly though my gut feeling is that I would probably not chance it but hey who am I to say x

Do the vibro plates really work to tone you Tiggy?

I was so tempted to buy one at one point but feared it might be a fad :eh:

I would have thought that you would be fine in ttc and even early pregnancy...

If the vibrations impacted organs then i would have said maybe, but unless it can cause organ damage i think you are ok :) Ask your doctor though or the manufacturer if you are worried - they should know.

I don't know about TTC. The literature on them says you shouldn't use them when pg, but I don't know how much of that is because they really aren't safe for baby or it's just the manufacturers covering themselves. I tried one out for a month in Feb, so was using it when TTC. It was only our 2nd cycle though, so don't know if it had any impact on TTC or not.

How long have you been TTC? Do you feel like it has an impact, like, does it make OV pain worse/better etc.

I use a powerplate every two days, the instructions say not to use if pregnant, but dont mention ttc x
