Hey there
I was just wondering if anyone out there was a vegetarian and TTC? I have been (the worlds most unheathly-ist  ) vegetarian for about 10 years, and although have been a lot better recently i have cut a lot more animal products out of my diet (milk and eggs being the bestest...)
I was wondering whether or not to see a Dietrition (sp?) so something incase it effects my TTC-ness. :(
Any advice???? :!:

Sorry I can't help but maybe it would be a good idea to talk it over with your GP?

Lot's of luck x

yeah, better talk to your gp. Diet might have a lot to do with it.

You are not the unhealthiest veggie, I am

I conceived twice within two months of trying but diet can play an important role.

I think if you're eating plenty of fruit and veg, pulses and soya you should be fine but anything is worth a try when ttc.

Good luck!

I think that as long as your diet is a balanced one, it shouldn't matter if you're veggie or not!
My best mate is a veggie (like me) and she conceived in her first month ttc with BOTH kids!!!!
Best of luck to all of us!!!!
:D :D :D :D :D
