This seems like a friendly place. I'm looking for some advice and wondering if anyone has some info. I'm planning to start to TTC in about 3 months, so doing the prep (ie cutting out the rubbish food, ditching the occasional smoking, taking folic acid and staying fit). I'm vegetarian, eat extremely healthily (loads of green leafies, nuts, oils, good range of carbs etc) but have recently been managing raging PMS by taking high doses of evening primrose, plus Magnesium OK. It's made a massive difference (only a grumpy tearful cow now, rather than a raving loon every month) so I really don't want to stop taking those supplements. Does anyone know if it's OK to continue when I start to TTC?
