Valentines day...

Gayle that's so thoughtful! Your oh will love it.
Sadly my oh hates all that stuff, he's such a hopeless romantic! Lol

We usually just have a nice night with dinner, massage and movies etc. Prob be a little different this year as I won't part with Jackson for a night just yet lol xxxxx

Well, I wasn't going to do anything but I've ordered him a surprise. I say its for him but its really for us. I've got a quote for the wall above our bed 'we found love in a hopeless place' . We met in a crap nightclub and we always smile when we hear that Rhianna song. So it should arrive before valentines day and I'll attempt to put it onto the wall! Awe yay! I'm excited now! Haha! Xxx

Sent from my BlackBerry using Tapatalk-its rubbish tho so can't see tickers or upload pics!

Thats my ring tone for my boyfriend as we met in a dodgy bar haha!

I'd love something romantic like a special meal or even to spend the evening together and watch a film once LO is in bed but I'd be lucky to get a card ;(

We only ever do cards, though oh bought my a bunch of flowers a couple of years ago lol. Xxx

Hubby will prob be working away so I doubt we will do anything...more excited about pancake day!

xxx

We normally just do cards and a token gift, but last year my hubby surpassed and did a little treasure hunt with about 20 little pressies around the house.

We don't do much, we got engaged on 10th feb as hubby couldn't wait until valentines day to propose- that's when he was romantic ha ha ha xxx

what a lovely date to get engaged thats my birthday lol

OH used to buy me roses and I told him to stop spending his money as they were extortionate not saying they werent nice but pricey - this year i think we r going to the cinema on a goft card we got for xmas as hubby wants to see die hard 5 so if its the best way to spend time with him on valentines day then so be it and the past couple films weve went to see that were his choice ive actually enjoyed xx

I doubt I'll be doing it this year :/

Well I'm due to ovulate on valentines day so I know what I'll be doing! xxx

We don't celerbrate it. Not only am I not romantic one jot but we can do stuff for each other any time of the year and not when I date says so.

In-laws will be down that weekend to see Katie anyway so I'll be gearing myself up for that :/

We never really do anything as I refuse to go anywhere that hikes prices up.

However after not having bought each other birthday or Christmas presents last year due to baby, wedding and car costs I've told oh that I'm expecting something this year. Plus baby is due on the 19th so I'm hoping by planning a romantic evening out for the first time on the 14th scuppers our plans.

I just brought my OH a really cheesy gift and card, other than that, nothing else is planned unless he's doing something ;)

Aww I'm going to break the trend and say that I LOVE valentines day! Even when I was single! Always wear something red and treat myself or oh to a nice meal :) I just think its fun!
I've always thought any man who says they don't need a date on a calendar to show their love is just being a misery guts as its not the end of the world to pop someone a card and enjoy a fun day remembering to show how much you love each other :)
This year we are going to buy Pizza Exprss pizzas to cook at home, hubby is making me my favourite cheesecake and then we'll watch a couple of films on the sofa. We'll do cards and I've got oh a couple of silly presents (ltd edition marmite is one! Lol) he usually gets me flowers and a little something silly :)
