Valentines Day

Anyone doing anything 'extra' special?

Anyone ovulating or testing?

Me, not so much as my OH being a chef its a busy night for him at work, so I thought i would see if i could get a vicarious valentines

Hiya sorry to mix up threads but just read about u writing books how cool having a pen name sounds ace!!

Anyway back to valentines ill be due that day so not sure to test that day or wait? Ive no signs or symptoms so not sure.

I should be ovulating around Valentines day, but we dont do anything for valentines, its just a Halmark holiday, but we will be going to the cinema and for a meal on 11th xxx

I'll be doing sweet FA! If we are together on the day then I normally get given flowers etc, also makes no difference if I'm ov'ing cos he's miles away

Nope, no plans.

I don't do Valentine's Day, but hubby likes to get me a card just to make me feel like a rotter because i don't get him anything - hopefully he'll take the hint this year and not bother

Don't think i'm due anything ttc related either - oh day after meet the consultant.

My husband always gives me a card the day before Valentines day. I don't know why he does this and neither does he, he just always does it the day before, lol. I'm gonna be testing on 9th Feb and if I get a was toying with the idea of putting a test in his card in the morning on Valentines, but realistically I don't think I could wait that long!

We normally have a nice dinner either home cooked or at a restaurant but on the 17th as we got engaged on this date

I am due AF on the 18th so i may try and POAS on valentines to see but wont get disappointed if BFP cos a could be too early and b if i dont catch this month i can get drunk on my bday!! hee hee

im working nights on valentines so were actually going for a meal this wednesday!

We're not doing anything for the 14th, probably just a normal dinner at home and maybe and early night. I'm not bothered about the day either, my OH is loving and sweet to me all the time, so we don't really need valentines day.

Not alot doing on valentines day, although i will be in my 'fertile period' maybe even OVing. So it will be an early night for us

Kezza - I think that sounds lovely, very romantic to have it on your own special day rather than the 14th

I'm a romantic softie at heart, I love the story of St Valentine and how he married all the couples in secret and went to prison until Claudius beheaded him. See, how can you not get mushy over that?

My husband knows that my favourite flowers in the whole world are flowering now (Snowdrops) and so he will usually pick me some. One year he filled jam jars all over the house (but only because he found a really good crop). If he's not working he will cook me something extra special, but usually he is working so we dont really do anything

My hubby is not so much of a romantic but usually sends me flowers, but this year i wouldnt mind if he skipped the flowers and we will just get plenty BDing instead

we wont do much on the actualy day but we will have a nice weekend next weekend cos its my birthday on the 10th....so we will just be having our usual curry night and snuggles on saturday, but without the champers this birthday xx

We don't normally do anything for Valentines but I'm hoping that with the stress of ttc, the hubby will get the hint and arrange something nice! I'm not going to get my hopes up though as I am usually lucky to get a card!!
