Using MAM teats on Avent bottles?

Does anyone know if you can use different brand teats on other bottles? We’ve been using Avent bottles but I would like to try some MAM teats to see if it helps with our LO’s colic but don’t want to fork out for a whole set of new bottles. Are all bottle teats compatible with other bottles?

i know alot of people who use mam on avent bottles dont worry give it a go the teats fit fine

I wouldnt personally do it as my way of thinknig would tell thst using different teats on different brands of bottles, they might not fit and agravate colic or something - but thats me though, so pay no ntice of there fine.

I do use tesco wideneck teats on stephens bottles, but hes nearly 3 so colic isnt a issue with him so im not against it.
