I just opened the box yesterday to have a little practise before baby's here and I couldn't figure out how to lock the hood,,, if it is possible to lock it of course
As for the frame, it's very easy to unfold but the folding is not that easy,,, even my OH is really struggling so I guess we're not doing it properly :shakehead:
Any advice?

 I'll have a think and try and get back to you later... it's easy to fold but only once you get the hang of it ie push one button down and slide the other at the same time

You lock the hood by pulling it up as far as it will go and then unlock by pushing the buttons down, I couldn't work this out either and then my dad did it accidently the other day and we couldn't get it back down!

To fold it stand with the front wheel between your legs and push one button while pulling the other towards you, and then pull the whole thing towards you (easier if you put the break on first)

Ours seems to get stuck, so you have to pull really hard and it clicks loudly and folds. I took mine back to John Lewis cos I thought it was broken and they showed me their display model that does the same!

Hi
After reading your message I managed to lock the hood,,, but haven't sorted out how to pull it back down :? I'll keep trying the grey buttons on the sides. Hope it will be easier to manipulate when I'm not heavily pregnant any more
As for the folding I'm going to wait for my OH to try again.
Cheers :cheer:

Took us ages to figure out how to get it back down - its not hard just a bit of a knack - push down on both grey buttons at the same time and push the hood back - I use my head for this bit!

The folding get easier with use and practice although ours still sticks a bit at times - enjoy - I love mine especially the carrycot - have used it sooooo much

Thanks ella  I'm going to try again and try not to get angry over it :x
It's a lovely carrycot indeed but a bit tricky at first... can't wait to use it for real though :cheer:

Another nightmare: the raincover
I think I'm going to give up while I'm still pregnant because it's physically exhausting to bend over all these temperamental buttons which don't want to be pressed :wall:
