Was talking about this just now with a friend on MSN so thought I'd share
When my kids were little, from about 8 months plus, I used to sit on the sofa with my legs outstretched, and sit them on my shins holding their hands and then lift my legs up and down keeping them straight.
It really works the stomach muscles and legs, just make sure your back is straight
Great fun for the kids too!
