so after stressing and crying for 24 hours i got my OH to call the midwife today to ask more about this papp-a and premature birth problem.
he spoke to a different midwife who said that at the moment all they have is this low result, it doesn't mean the baby is low weight or small just that they need to monitor me closely to make sure that doesn't happen!
she also said i could go on to have a completely normal pregnancy. she really reassured OH who has made me feel much better about it all.
she said baby is in no danger, the papp-a test is something only a very few hospitals test for and its only been used for the past 6 months, they know very little about it at the moment but what they do know is that premature birth is a risk but doesn't mean it WILL happen.
i feel so much better, thanks for your support everyone. i'm going to try my best to think positive now!! and relax until 27th June.
On another note, on 27 June i'm having a scan, i'll be 15+3 does anyone know if they will be able to see the sex? xx
