Update...pregnant?

Ok I posted the other day asking whether I could be pregnant, well I tested twice and both were negative
The only thing is I still haven't got my period, i'm 4 days late now and normally I am very regular. I don't have period cramps anymore but still have incredibly sore breasts. Is there any chance that the tests may be wrong?! It may just be that my period is abnormally late but it is unusual for me.

If implantation occurs later a test will take longer to show a positive. If your worrying/stressed about the result your period will stay away just to be an evil witch, stresses really do effect the cycle. Also the tests detect HCG hormone which isn't released for a few days after implantation occurs so if you implanted a few days late, the HCG will take longer to show up...you might have a few days still to wait? If you still have negative results and still no period then book into see the GP, they can do a blood test and those can show pregnancy days before a home pregnacny test can. I hope you get the results you are looking for.

I am in the same boat if that helps? I am about 3 days late. Had spotting but thats all and i am always on time. I have been early once but NEVER later except when pg.

I have spent so much on test i am jjust giving up now until next week.

pleased to know i'm not the only one! It's so frustrating all this waiting around and i've also spent a fortune on tests! I think I will just have to wait until next week too...i'm just so impatient

hi there your not on your own by a long way i think there must be hundreds of ladies out there waiting, testing, and throwing BFN in the bin, i myself am 2 days late, feeling really sick, sore (.)(.) i was bloated but thats gone down now i have had 4 children though and you know that feeling you get when you just know you are pregnant and don't understand why all the tests are coming up with a BFN well thats me 3 times now and i'm going to wait till next week and if still no sign i'm buying a clear blue thats what i had to do with my 1 year old all the others showed up negative, maybe they are just a little bit more sensitive than the cheaper ones at 99p lol well i hope you all get the results you want

Thanks!! I bought a first response which was neg this morning. Still spotting but thats it. Its a bit made really.
