Alex is realy unsettled between feeds I breastfeed him every 3 hours sometimes 2 hours but he ust aint settled wont sleep always moany dont think its a growth spurt cause he has been like this for weeks thinking about the ocassional top up not what I really want but with 2 other kids might be for the best but not sure when I could give him a top up any advice appreciated as I still want to breastfeed

I know breastfed babies tend to stay on the boob a lot when they are going through a growth spurt
