Un settled stomach

I'm 13 weeks today but everyday my stomach never feels settled. Basically a stomach ache all the time especially when I go to bed. I don't know whether it's trapped wind (sorry) or my stomach doesn't like most foods atm has anyone else got this?

It's really normal to have cramps and lots of gas and constipation. Especially in early pregnancy. X

Your post was only there three hours before you said you don't get any replies. I can't speak for others but I've been in work all day so unlikely to reply then

I can relate on the unsettled stomach. I feel really uncomfortable and just horrible most of the time, especially in the evenings

Same here. I tend to mostly only check the February groups too.
