Does any one know of any remedies for Trapped wind?
All afternoon my stomach had been feeling really bloated and keeps tensing up. I think it is wind although I don't have stomach ache it just feels really bloated and uncomfortable.

I've just taken some good old Gaviscon but is there anything else I could try?

I use Rennies but anything along those lines would be good, Tums even taste nice. Dont go for Gaviscon tablets as theyre disgusting, like eating chalk!!

Rennie Deflatine, Mint Imperials so long as they have peppermint oil in them and also peppermint tea - they all help. I suffer badly from this and it is SOOOO painful but those things do help me a lot.

Hopefully they will help you too :D

    Thank you ladies,

Luckily the Gaviscon seemed to do the trick. My stomach felt like it couldn't get anymore stretched with wind!!
