Hi everyone!

I'm finding it a bit of a nightmare when I go out for dinner what I can and can't eat. Also trying to stay healthy but I'm avoiding salads at restaurants in case they have bacteria

Just interested to know if anyone has any good tips or if there's certain chains which have a good selection of pregnancy-friendly meals. Especially at the moment when I am not really telling anyone about my current situation. I'm sticking to chicken and veg as much as possible but that will start to get boring I'm sure!

I haven’t found it’s impacted me that way much to be honest. Most meals are fine?

Just trying to keep a good balance of foods at the moment.

What kind of things are you seeing on the menu that you can’t eat? Xxx

I haven’t changed anything with my eating. Just avoiding the obvious. try not to get stressed out about what you can and can’t eat, I’d you are happy then baby will be happy. xx

Ok cool I think I'm just being extra cautious. I'm sure I will relax once I have seen midwife :-)

I also barely changed anything. I have consciously stayed away from rare meat, unpasteurised cheese and raw seafood. I've generally just eaten as I would normally otherwise and if I was ever worried about something in a restaurant I'd just have a sneaky Google!!
