Uh Oh!

I developed a cold yesterday and sure enough this evening George has gotten all snotty, bless him he just seems tired and unsure as to what is going on but I'm dreading the next 24hrs! I've got some infant calpol if he gets really unwell/a temperature. Sods law that the first night I was going to start trying to establish a proper routine he gets sick!
I feel really bad - I made my little boy sick, poor little mite.
Anyone got any gems of advice for a mini one with a cold??

Raise the head end of the moses basket/cot. This worked wonders. Thats the only thing that really helped as it meant she could sleep and allllll she did when she was ill was sleep. Hope he gets better soon.

Thanks - have literally just read that on internet! I have the end of his moses basket raised anyway cos it seems to help any wind/minimise sick after feeds. Hopefully it will help tonight too. Hope he does sleep it should help him recover faster!

A wet flannel or a bowl of water on the radiator with some carvol/vicks in it to make the room smell good. I gave Isla a cold as well and I felt so bad x

my lo just got my cold =( he cant take his bottle coz his nose is all bunged up. ive got a plug in thing to release vapour so we'll see how it goes!!
