Twinge?

Ladies....I've been getting a 1 sided twinge really low down in my abdo. It comes on from around my left ovary area. Throbs on then goes and returns a few mins later and so on.

Had a CTG this morning and baby was fine and has moved lower into pelvis. Felt him move once or twice since.

Any ideas what this throb could be? xx

I've had exactly the same all day. It's been on both sides but mainly my right shooting pain/twinge right were my ovaries are. I have noticed today a lot of her movement does feel as though it's in my front bum and wanting the urge to wee more when she moves. Am thinking maybe she could of dropped a little stretching things more down there??
