Twinge / cramp top of leg???

Imbetween my lady area and very top of leg like a twinge or cramp seems to happen when im doing something physical like yest on a dog walk and today while im sorting things out at home like spring cleanung,anyone else got this weirdness?xxx

I've had something similar in my thigh I went to the doc and she didn't seem too worried
