yesterday i was so tired and drained all my arms and legs felt dead but i couldnt rest. had period pains all night and was sat on my birth ball til 10am then tried to go to bed again, was havin painful braxton hicks on and off all night and today ive got really bad back ache and period pains, my arms still feel dead! been havin alot more of my plug come out too.
argh! so annoyin i wanna get rest but im restless!
