So finally managed to get hold of a tubigrip today - hope this will help at least a bit in getting through my working days!
(Having said that, I've kind of been my own worst enemy lately and rented a skip for 2 weeks and cleared out the house, with tears running down my cheeks because my effing pelvis hurt so much all the time. But that's almost finished now, and I hope that from the end of this week some rest and the tubigrip will make me feel a lot bettter!)
