TTC Newbie

Hey everyone ,

I am new to this forum and in very early days of TTC...still can't help feeling very anxious and impatient!! Feeling quite confused as I have been using ovulation tests this cycle and all have read negative so feeling a little disheartned but onwards and upwards!
Would love to hear from you and your stories please....no one knows we are TTC so have no one to really talk to
