Hi Sarah
Just read your post in the LTTTC section and wanted to say hi.
Im sorry to hear about your situation, 5 years is a long time. Hubby and I have been trying for 2 years and have a number of problems, we've had 3 miscarriages. We're waiting on genetic counselling at the moment to see if there is any point in carrying on trying - my hubby has a chromosone abnormality. I also have PCOS, uterine polyps, blood clotting problem and low progesterone...so things don't look good for us! I've had one cycle of clomid but now we have to take a break till we see specialists again.
I too am unsure about IVF. We'd only get it if our chances of a live birth are high enough because of the chromosone thing but I don't know how I feel about it. We are thinking about adoption too.
I don't have much advice if you've had all the tests. Are you on NHS? we are at the mo as private is soo expensive but we are considering going private.
If I think of any useful advice I'll send it your way xxxx
