TTc after miscarriage

hi everybody

I miscarried for the second time on the 26/july/2007 and had it conformed on the 28/july 2007. This is the second miscarriage that we have gone through and for short while (and during sudden bursts of tears) i decided that i didnt want to go through it again, I dont know why i have had a change of heart or how i came to have a change of heart (could be something to do with drinking whiskey til 3am with my friends husband and him making me talk about it and pour my heart out.... which i must add my husband tried to do but i didnt want to upset him or make him feel worse so i didnt)
Any way i feel like i want to start trying again, were not (hopefully ) going to get obsessed about it but were gonna have fun trying, we are still in our honeymoon period as we got married on the 23 june this year and i think we should make it memorable (in the bedroom bepartment any way hehe )

I know exactly how you are feeling as I've suffered 2 mc in the last 5 months, both at 10 weeks. I'm sorry to hear you've been through a similar thing. We've decided to start TTC straight away although it does feel a bit strange this time, knowing how it might end again. But I desperately want another baby and am not going to let anything stop me!!

I'm glad you've decided to TTC again -good luck and lots of sticky baby dust to us all!!!

Hiya honey, I can completely understand your initial reluctance to try again after two mc. I was the same after my second mc. It is heartbreaking. But time heals wounds and after a while you become emotionally stronger and ready to go again.
I wish you lots of luck and remember, many women have one, two or even three mc but then go on to have happy, healthy pregnancies, I have everything crossed for you

Hello,

So sorry to hear that you have gone through two m/c. I had one at 7 weeks and one chemical pregnancy. I have since discovered that I have fluctuationg progesterone levels so am taking suppliments for that. I am dead worried it will happen again but agree with the above comments. Most people do end up having healthy babies even after many losses. It's dreadfully painful getting there though isn't it. I wish you all the best of luck!!
